The Step Squat Jack is a dynamic exercise combining squats with lateral movements to enhance cardiovascular fitness, agility, and lower body strength. It effectively targets multiple muscle groups and engages the core for stability.

How to do it

  1. Start in a standing position with feet hip-width apart and arms at your sides.
  2. Step the right foot out to the side, bending your knees into a squat position while swinging your arms overhead.
  3. Push through your heels to return to the starting position. Repeat on the other side.
  4. Continue alternating sides, maintaining a steady pace and controlled movement.
