The Standing Reach Up Back Rotation Stretch enhances shoulder mobility and flexibility. This exercise is ideal for improving overall posture by stretching the shoulders and upper back.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Reach arms overhead, clasping hands together.
  3. Gently lean to one side to stretch the shoulders and upper back.
  4. Hold for a few seconds, then rotate slightly to enhance the stretch.
  5. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
