The Standing Quadriceps Stretch is a flexibility exercise targeting the quadriceps. It enhances leg flexibility and muscle elasticity, helping prevent injuries and improve overall mobility.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright and balance on your left foot.
  2. Lift your right foot towards your glutes and grasp it with your right hand.
  3. Keep your knees close together and hips forward. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds.
  4. Repeat on the opposite side.
