The Standing Quadriceps Stretch is a flexibility exercise targeting the quadriceps. It enhances leg flexibility and muscle elasticity, helping prevent injuries and improve overall mobility.
How to do it
- Stand upright and balance on your left foot.
- Lift your right foot towards your glutes and grasp it with your right hand.
- Keep your knees close together and hips forward. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds.
- Repeat on the opposite side.
