The Standing Elbow Touch is a bodyweight exercise focused on improving core stability and upper body flexibility. It primarily engages the shoulder region while promoting coordination and balance. This exercise is suitable for warm-ups or active recovery sessions.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet hip-width apart.
  2. Raise your left arm overhead and your right arm out to the side.
  3. Simultaneously bring your left elbow down as your right knee lifts to meet it.
  4. Alternate sides and repeat while maintaining balance.
