The Standing Elbow Touch is a bodyweight exercise focused on improving core stability and upper body flexibility. It primarily engages the shoulder region while promoting coordination and balance. This exercise is suitable for warm-ups or active recovery sessions.
How to do it
- Stand upright with feet hip-width apart.
- Raise your left arm overhead and your right arm out to the side.
- Simultaneously bring your left elbow down as your right knee lifts to meet it.
- Alternate sides and repeat while maintaining balance.
