The Standing Balance Quadriceps Stretch is a static stretch that targets the quadriceps while improving balance. It is beneficial for enhancing flexibility in the front of the thighs and promoting joint mobility.

How to do it

  1. Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
  2. Shift your weight to the left leg.
  3. Bend your right knee and grasp your right ankle behind you.
  4. Keep knees together and pull your heel toward your glutes.
  5. Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds, then switch legs.
