The Standing Balance Quadriceps Stretch is a static stretch that targets the quadriceps while improving balance. It is beneficial for enhancing flexibility in the front of the thighs and promoting joint mobility.
How to do it
- Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
- Shift your weight to the left leg.
- Bend your right knee and grasp your right ankle behind you.
- Keep knees together and pull your heel toward your glutes.
- Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds, then switch legs.
