Squat Bounce is an exercise that combines a traditional squat with a bounce at the bottom, increasing intensity and engagement of the leg muscles. It enhances muscular endurance, improves balance, and promotes cardiovascular fitness.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended in front.
  2. Lower into a squat, keeping your chest up and knees over toes.
  3. Perform a small bounce at the bottom position.
  4. Return to standing by pushing through your heels.
  5. Repeat the movement for the desired number of reps.
