Squat Bounce is an exercise that combines a traditional squat with a bounce at the bottom, increasing intensity and engagement of the leg muscles. It enhances muscular endurance, improves balance, and promotes cardiovascular fitness.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended in front.
- Lower into a squat, keeping your chest up and knees over toes.
- Perform a small bounce at the bottom position.
- Return to standing by pushing through your heels.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of reps.
