The spine stretch is an exercise focused on improving spinal flexibility and mobility. It helps in lengthening the spine and relieving tension in the back. This exercise enhances core stability and increases overall body awareness.

How to do it

  1. Sit tall with legs extended forward and feet flexed.
  2. Stretch your arms forward parallel to the ground.
  3. Exhale and slowly round your back, reaching towards your feet.
  4. Inhale and return to the starting position, lengthening the spine.
  5. Repeat for several repetitions, maintaining a controlled motion.
