How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the barbell at thigh level with an overhand grip.
- Bend slightly at the knees and hips to assume a quarter squat position.
- Explode upward, pulling the barbell to the shoulders and rotating the elbows underneath.
- Catch the barbell on the shoulders in a slight squat, then stand upright.
- Lower the barbell back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
