How to do it
- Set the bar on the Smith Machine at shoulder height.
- Position yourself under the bar, resting it across your upper back.
- Step forward slightly and lower your body as if sitting in a chair.
- Keep your core engaged and knees aligned over your toes.
- Push through your heels to return to the starting position.
