How to do it
- Sit on the sled machine with your back against the pad.
- Place feet shoulder-width apart on the platform, toes pointing slightly outward.
- Unlock the safety mechanisms and lower the sled by bending your knees to 90 degrees.
- Push through your heels to extend your legs back to the starting position.
- Control the movement, avoiding locking your knees at the top.
