How to do it
- Stand on a step with the heel of one foot hanging off the edge.
- Place hands against a wall for balance if needed.
- Lift the heel of the standing leg as high as possible.
- Pause briefly at the top, then lower the heel back down.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps and switch legs.
