The Single Leg Calf Raise Off Step is an exercise aimed at strengthening the calf muscles, improving balance, and enhancing ankle stability. It involves raising the body on one leg while standing on a step, promoting unilateral strength and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Stand on a step with the heel of one foot hanging off the edge.
  2. Place hands against a wall for balance if needed.
  3. Lift the heel of the standing leg as high as possible.
  4. Pause briefly at the top, then lower the heel back down.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps and switch legs.
