The Single Downward Dog is a variation of the classic yoga pose that emphasizes a full-body stretch and strengthens the core. It helps increase flexibility in the hamstrings and shoulders while engaging the core muscles for stability.
How to do it
- Start in a plank position with hands shoulder-width apart.
- Lift your hips up and back to form an inverted V shape.
- Press your heels towards the floor and keep your arms straight.
- Engage your core and hold the position.
- Slowly return to the plank position and repeat.
