The Single Downward Dog is a variation of the classic yoga pose that emphasizes a full-body stretch and strengthens the core. It helps increase flexibility in the hamstrings and shoulders while engaging the core muscles for stability.

How to do it

  1. Start in a plank position with hands shoulder-width apart.
  2. Lift your hips up and back to form an inverted V shape.
  3. Press your heels towards the floor and keep your arms straight.
  4. Engage your core and hold the position.
  5. Slowly return to the plank position and repeat.
