Side to side hops are a dynamic exercise that targets the lower body, improving agility and coordination. This exercise enhances leg strength and power, while also providing a cardiovascular challenge. It involves jumping laterally from side to side, engaging multiple muscle groups as you maintain balance and rhythm.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart and knees slightly bent.
  2. Engage your core and keep your arms slightly extended for balance.
  3. Push off with one foot, hopping laterally to the other side.
  4. Land softly on the opposite foot, then immediately jump back to the starting side.
  5. Continue hopping side to side in a smooth, controlled motion.
