The Lever Leg Extension exercise focuses on strengthening the quadriceps located at the front of the thigh. This isolation exercise helps in improving muscle definition and knee joint stability, beneficial for activities like running, jumping, and squatting.

How to do it

  1. Adjust the seat and backrest so that your knees are aligned with the pivot point of the machine.
  2. Sit on the machine with your back against the pad and feet under the padded lever.
  3. Grip the handles on the sides for stability.
  4. Extend your legs fully by pushing against the resistant lever, engaging your quadriceps.
  5. Slowly lower back to the starting position, controlling the movement.
