The self-assisted inverted pullover is a challenging core exercise that primarily targets the rectus abdominis. It also engages other muscles for stability. This exercise promotes core strength and overall body control.

How to do it

  1. Lie face-up with your head near a bench, holding onto its edge.
  2. Extend your body straight and lift your legs and hips towards the ceiling.
  3. Slowly lower your legs back without touching the ground, maintaining control.
