The Seated Back Twist is a flexibility and mobility exercise that targets the obliques and helps to enhance spinal rotation. It is commonly used to improve core strength and posture while increasing range of motion in the back and shoulders.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor with legs crossed and back straight.
  2. Place your hands behind your head with elbows out to the sides.
  3. Engage your core and gently twist your torso to the right.
  4. Hold for a moment, then return to the center.
  5. Repeat the twist to the left side.
