How to do it
- Sit on a bench with hands placed beside the hips.
- Slide off the bench, supporting your weight with your arms.
- Lower your body by allowing the scapulae to retract.
- Press through your palms to raise your body back up, protracting the scapulae.
- Repeat the motion for the desired number of repetitions.
