How to do it
- Sit on a Balance Ball with feet flat and knees bent.
- Lie back until your shoulders are supported, keeping hips elevated.
- Extend arms straight overhead with hands together.
- Rotate your torso to one side, controlling the movement with your core.
- Return to center and repeat to the other side.
