Roll Hamstrings Sitting on Floor

This exercise uses a foam roller to massage and loosen the hamstring muscles. It's effective for reducing muscle tension, improving flexibility, and aiding muscle recovery after workouts.
How to do it
- Sit on the floor with your legs extended and place a foam roller under your hamstrings.
- Support your body with your hands placed beside your hips.
- Lift your hips off the ground and roll back and forth, keeping the foam roller under your hamstrings.
