Roll Hamstrings Sitting on Floor

This exercise uses a foam roller to massage and loosen the hamstring muscles. It's effective for reducing muscle tension, improving flexibility, and aiding muscle recovery after workouts.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor with your legs extended and place a foam roller under your hamstrings.
  2. Support your body with your hands placed beside your hips.
  3. Lift your hips off the ground and roll back and forth, keeping the foam roller under your hamstrings.
