How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with a foam roller under your lower back.
  2. Lift your knees to a 90-degree angle, keeping feet together.
  3. Engage your core and twist your hips to one side, rolling slightly on the foam roller.
  4. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
  5. Maintain controlled movements throughout the exercise.
