Rocking Happy Baby is a soothing exercise that focuses on gently rocking the body while holding the feet, mimicking the happy baby yoga pose. It stretches the lower back and hips, providing relaxation and improving flexibility.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
  2. Bring your knees towards your chest and hold onto the outer edges of your feet.
  3. Gently rock side to side, keeping your head relaxed on the floor.
  4. Maintain steady breathing and hold the position for a few moments.
  5. Release and return to the starting position slowly.
