The PVC external rotation exercise targets the rotator cuff, improving shoulder stability and flexibility. It involves rotating the shoulder while holding a PVC pipe, promoting mobility and rotational capacity in the joint.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a PVC pipe with both hands.
  2. Position the pipe vertically, elbow bent at 90 degrees and arm parallel to the ground.
  3. Rotate the forearm outward while keeping the elbow in place.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position with control.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
