How to do it

  1. Stand with your back against a wall and feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Slide down into a seated position, ensuring your thighs are parallel to the ground.
  3. Hold the squat position momentarily before explosively pushing upwards.
  4. Return to the start position and repeat.
  5. Maintain a steady breathing rhythm throughout the exercise.
