The Pendulum Leg Plus exercise is a dynamic bodyweight move designed to enhance balance, agility, and core strength. By mimicking a pendulum's motion, this exercise engages stabilizing muscles as you shift weight and extend your reach, promoting better coordination and muscle endurance.

How to do it

  1. Begin standing with feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent, and arms clasped in front of your chest.
  2. Shift your weight onto your right leg, and extend your left leg to the side, simultaneously opening your arms wide to enhance balance.
  3. Swing your left leg back to the starting position like a pendulum, bringing your arms back together in front of your chest.
