The Pendulum Leg Plus exercise is a dynamic bodyweight move designed to enhance balance, agility, and core strength. By mimicking a pendulum's motion, this exercise engages stabilizing muscles as you shift weight and extend your reach, promoting better coordination and muscle endurance.
How to do it
- Begin standing with feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent, and arms clasped in front of your chest.
- Shift your weight onto your right leg, and extend your left leg to the side, simultaneously opening your arms wide to enhance balance.
- Swing your left leg back to the starting position like a pendulum, bringing your arms back together in front of your chest.
