The one-leg floor calf raise is a balance and strength exercise focusing on the lower leg. How to do it

  1. Stand on one leg with the knee slightly bent.

  3. Hold the top position briefly, then lower the heel back down.
  4. Ensure the movement is controlled to maintain balance.
  5. Repeat for desired reps before switching legs.
