The Oblique V-Up is a dynamic core exercise that primarily targets the obliques, enhancing lateral strength and stability. This movement combines elements of side planks and abdominal curls to engage the side muscles of the torso while improving balance and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your side with legs extended and arms placed behind your head.
  2. Lift your legs and upper body simultaneously towards each other.
  3. Keep your core engaged and balance on your hip.
  4. Lower back down with control.
  5. Repeat on the other side.
