Mountain hops are a dynamic exercise that combines elements of mountain climbers with a small hop. This movement primarily builds cardiovascular endurance while engaging the core and lower body muscles for stabilization and strength.

How to do it

  1. Start in a plank position with arms extended directly under shoulders.
  2. Engage the core and tighten glutes while keeping the body straight.
  3. Jump both feet forward, bending knees toward the chest, then quickly return to start.
