How to do it

  1. Lie flat on your back with one leg bent and the other extended upwards.
  2. Point the toes of the extended leg towards the ceiling.
  3. Keep your core engaged and hold the position for a few seconds.
  4. Lower the leg back down and repeat with the other leg.
  5. Perform the exercise slowly to maintain control and maximize flexibility.
