How to do it
- Lie on your back with legs straight and arms by your sides.
- Lift one leg towards the ceiling, keeping the other leg slightly off the ground.
- Lower the raised leg slowly, then lift both legs together.
- Lower both legs back to the starting position without touching the floor.
- Repeat the sequence, maintaining a tight core throughout.
