The single to double leg raise is a core exercise that targets the lower abdominals. It involves raising one leg at a time, followed by both legs, focusing on core strength and stability. It is great for building abdominal strength and improving core stability.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with legs straight and arms by your sides.
  2. Lift one leg towards the ceiling, keeping the other leg slightly off the ground.
  3. Lower the raised leg slowly, then lift both legs together.
  4. Lower both legs back to the starting position without touching the floor.
