How to do it
- Lie down comfortably on your back on a mat with your legs extended fully.
- Extend your arms out to the sides, palms facing upward, creating a T-shape with your body.
- Gently arch your lower back by contracting your glutes and pushing your abdominal area upward, holding the stretch for a few seconds.
