The In and Out Squat is a dynamic bodyweight exercise that targets the lower body. It involves alternating between a narrow and wide squat stance, enhancing strength and endurance in the legs and improving agility.
How to do it
- Stand with feet together, hands clasped at chest level.
- Jump into a wide squat stance, bending knees and lowering hips back.
- Return to starting position by jumping feet together, then repeat.
