The In and Out Squat is a dynamic bodyweight exercise that targets the lower body. It involves alternating between a narrow and wide squat stance, enhancing strength and endurance in the legs and improving agility.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet together, hands clasped at chest level.
  2. Jump into a wide squat stance, bending knees and lowering hips back.
  3. Return to starting position by jumping feet together, then repeat.
