How to do it
- Lie flat on your back with your legs straight and arms by your sides.
- Engage your core and lift your legs towards the ceiling until they are perpendicular to the floor.
- Slowly lower your legs back down without touching the ground, maintaining tension in your abs.
- Repeat the movement while keeping your lower back pressed against the floor.
