How to do it
- Lie face down on the floor with arms fully extended above your head.
- Simultaneously lift your chest and arms off the ground, engaging your back muscles.
- Pull your elbows down towards your sides while squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Slowly return to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for desired repetitions.
