The Lying Frog Kick is an exercise designed to strengthen the gluteal muscles and hamstrings. It targets the posterior chain while engaging the core for stability. This movement enhances muscle tone and can improve hip mobility and lower body strength.

How to do it

  1. Lie face down with your forehead resting on your arms.
  2. Bend your knees at approximately 90 degrees, keeping your feet together.
  3. Engage your core and squeeze your glutes as you lift your knees off the ground.
  4. Hold briefly at the top, then lower back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
