The Lying Frog Crunch Feet Together targets the core by engaging the rectus abdominis and obliques. It involves lying on your back with feet together, knees bent, and performing a crunching motion by lifting the legs and torso simultaneously.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with your arms by your sides and feet together.
  2. Lift your feet off the ground, bending knees at a 90-degree angle.
  3. Crunch by lifting your hips and shoulders off the ground together.
  4. Squeeze your core and hold briefly at the top of the motion.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
