How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms raised with elbows bent and hands in front of face.
  2. Step to the side with the right foot while simultaneously rolling hands in a circular motion.
  3. Bring left foot to meet the right to return to a stable stance.
  4. Repeat the motion, alternating sides for a balanced workout.
