Lying Elbow to Knee

This core exercise targets the abdominal muscles by performing a twisting motion while lying on the floor. It effectively engages the obliques and rectus abdominis, providing a good workout for the entire abdominal region.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with knees bent. Place your hands behind your head.
  2. Cross your right leg over your left knee.
  3. Lift your upper body, bringing your left elbow towards your right knee.
  4. Lower back down and repeat for desired reps.
  5. Switch sides and repeat.
