How to do it
- Lie face down with your head resting on your forearms.
- Bend your knees to form a 90-degree angle with your feet pointed upwards.
- Engage your glutes and lift your thighs off the ground, keeping your knees bent.
- Hold the contraction at the top briefly and slowly lower back down.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
