The Lying Double Glute Lift is an effective exercise targeting the glutes. It helps in strengthening and toning the Gluteus Maximus and hamstrings, contributing to improved hip stability and lower back support.

How to do it

  1. Lie face down with your head resting on your forearms.
  2. Bend your knees to form a 90-degree angle with your feet pointed upwards.
  3. Engage your glutes and lift your thighs off the ground, keeping your knees bent.
  4. Hold the contraction at the top briefly and slowly lower back down.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
