The lying cycle exercise is a core workout that mimics a cycling motion while lying on your back. This movement primarily benefits the abdominal muscles and aids in improving core stability and strengthening the hip flexors.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with your hands beside you.
  2. Lift your legs off the ground, bending them at the knees to form a 90-degree angle.
  3. Move your legs in a cycling motion, alternating them in a pedaling action.
  4. Engage your core to stabilize your torso throughout the exercise.
  5. Continue the pedaling motion for the desired number of repetitions or time.
