Lying Air Cycles are a core exercise that mimics the motion of cycling while lying on the back. This exercise primarily targets the abdominal muscles, helping to increase core strength and stability. It's an excellent workout for engaging the obliques and improving coordination.

How to do it

  1. Lie flat on your back with your hands by your sides.
  2. Lift your legs off the ground, bending them at a right angle.
  3. Begin to pedal your legs as if riding a bicycle, alternating thrusting each leg forward.
  4. Engage your core and maintain a steady, controlled pace.
  5. Continue for the desired duration or repetition count.
