The Lever Standing Single Leg Curl is an isolation exercise targeting the hamstrings. It involves curling one leg against resistance, strengthening the posterior thigh and improving lower body flexibility and balance.
How to do it
- Stand facing the machine, placing your working leg on the lever pad.
- Hold the handles for support with a straight posture.
- Curl your leg up by bending your knee, contracting your hamstrings.
- Lower your leg back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps then switch legs.
