How to do it

  1. Sit comfortably on the machine with your back straight and feet flat on the floor.
  2. Grip the handles or pads securely and engage your core.
  3. Rotate your torso to one side, using your obliques to power the movement.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position, maintaining control.
  5. Repeat on the opposite side for balanced muscle development.
