The Lever Seated Leg Curl is an isolation exercise targeting the hamstrings. It is performed on a leg curl machine where the user curls their legs backward against resistance to strengthen the muscles on the back of the thighs.
How to do it
- Sit on the leg curl machine and adjust the pad to sit comfortably on your lower legs.
- Grip the handles firmly for stability and ensure your back is against the backrest.
- Exhale and curl your legs back as far as possible, contracting the hamstrings.
- Pause briefly at the top of the movement.
