How to do it

  1. Sit on the leverage machine seat, grasping the handles evenly.
  2. Keep your back straight and feet flat on the floor.
  3. Press the handles upward until your arms are fully extended.
  4. Pause briefly at the top, then lower without locking elbows.
  5. Repeat for desired repetitions, maintaining controlled movement.
