The Lever Lying Leg Curl is an isolation exercise targeting the hamstrings. It involves curling the lower legs upward against resistance while lying face down. This movement helps in strengthening the hamstrings and improving knee flexion strength.
How to do it
- Position yourself face down on the Leg Curl Machine, securing your ankles under the padded lever.
- Grip the machine handles for stability and keep your hips and torso flat against the bench.
- Engage your core and curl your legs upward toward your glutes in a controlled motion.
- Pause briefly at the top of the movement, squeezing your hamstrings.
- Lower your legs back to the starting position with control.
