The Lever Leg Press exercise engages the lower body muscles through a seated pressing movement against resistance. This exercise effectively targets the quadriceps while also engaging the glutes and hamstrings, making it a great choice for building leg strength and muscle mass.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the Leverage Machine with your back flat against the backrest.
  2. Place your feet on the platform shoulder-width apart.
  3. Grasp the handles and disengage the safety bars, if present.
  4. Press the platform away by extending your knees without locking them.
  5. Return slowly to the starting position with control.
