How to do it
- Sit on the Leverage Machine with your back flat against the backrest.
- Place your feet on the platform shoulder-width apart.
- Grasp the handles and disengage the safety bars, if present.
- Press the platform away by extending your knees without locking them.
- Return slowly to the starting position with control.
