How to do it
- Sit on the Leverage Machine, adjust the seat if necessary.
- Place your feet under the padded lever, ensuring one leg is secured.
- Extend the selected leg until it's straight, keeping your back against the pad.
- Lower the leg slowly back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps, then switch legs.
