The Leg Raise Hip Lift with Head-Up is a core exercise that targets the abdominal muscles. It involves lifting the legs and hips off the ground while keeping the head elevated, engaging the rectus abdominis and obliques.

How to do it

  1. Lie flat on your back with legs extended and arms beside your body.
  2. Lift your legs towards the ceiling, keeping them straight.
  3. Engage your core and lift your hips off the ground.
  4. Keep your head slightly lifted throughout the movement.
  5. Slowly lower your hips and legs back to the starting position.
