How to do it
- Lie flat on your back with legs extended and arms beside your body.
- Lift your legs towards the ceiling, keeping them straight.
- Engage your core and lift your hips off the ground.
- Keep your head slightly lifted throughout the movement.
- Slowly lower your hips and legs back to the starting position.
