The landmine press is a shoulder exercise that involves pressing a barbell anchored at one end. It is designed to enhance shoulder strength, stability, and range of motion. This exercise targets the deltoids while also engaging the core and upper chest for stabilization.
How to do it
- Place one end of a barbell into a landmine station or corner of a wall.
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and grasp the other end with both hands at shoulder height.
- Press the barbell overhead by extending your arms, keeping your core engaged.
- Lower the barbell back to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.
