The Kneeling Back Leg Lift Curl is designed to enhance gluteal strength and stability. It involves extending one leg back while maintaining a stable position on hands and knees, emphasizing the use of the glute muscles.

How to do it

  1. Start on all fours with hands under shoulders and knees under hips.
  2. Engage core and extend one leg back and up, keeping hips level.
  3. Curl leg at knee, bringing heel toward glutes.
  4. Extend leg back out and repeat.
  5. Switch legs after desired repetitions.
