How to do it
- Start on all fours with hands under shoulders and knees under hips.
- Engage core and extend one leg back and up, keeping hips level.
- Curl leg at knee, bringing heel toward glutes.
- Extend leg back out and repeat.
- Switch legs after desired repetitions.
